Commitment
Kodex works to make this site usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. Our reference target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Current status (Spanish first)
We run a progressive improvement plan focused first on Spanish (ES) pages. Improvements already applied include a skip link, primary landmarks, form error announcements, visible focus and prefers-reduced-motion support.
The site does not yet claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA across all pages and languages. Other language versions will be reviewed after the Spanish scope is closed.
Technical measures
- Semantic structure (headings, navigation, main content).
- Color contrast reviewed in critical sections; Kodex brand semantic tokens.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states on interactive components.
- Forms with associated labels and announced error messages.
- Motion reduction when the system indicates prefers-reduced-motion.
- Overlays and menus with focus management and
inertwhen closed, where applicable.
Known limitations
- Some carousels and scroll animations may need further keyboard and screen-reader adjustments.
- Third-party content (e.g. captcha, analytics, video) depends on the provider’s accessibility.
- PDF or external downloadable documents may not meet the same criteria as the site HTML.
- Contrast on specific marketing pages remains on a remediation plan (axe ES audit).
