Governance from day one

Every milestone has a RACI. Risk and legal join before go-live. You do not “add compliance at the end”: you design with evidence from the first sprint.

Signal that you are ready

There is a process owner, quality thresholds, a rollback plan, logs, and a support channel. If one is missing, it is still a pilot — and it is fine to name it that way.
