Weeks 1–2: systems map and permissions matrix. Weeks 3–4: MCP tools in staging with fixtures. Weeks 5–6: controlled pilot with metrics — cycle time, errors avoided, human interventions.

The dashboard does not show “tokens used”: it shows reconciled orders, exceptions, and mean time to confirmation.

What the client takes away

A reusable pattern: new MCP tools are added without rewriting the agent. Security and audit travel with the design. The delivery partner (Kodex) leaves an operable asset, not a slide deck.
